Kosta Boda Art Hotel AB is a unique design hotel that explodes in color, form, and enjoyment with its origins in glass. The hotel is located in the heart of Glasriket (The Glass Kingdom) and features 102 rooms, 11 conference and group rooms, two restaurants, Linnéa Art and Brasserie1742, our unique Glass Bar, and a complete SPA section. Kosta Boda Art Hotel is now looking for an experienced, engaged, and passionate chef who is ready to take the next step and, together with our team, develop and be responsible for creating and delivering top-class gastronomic experiences for our guests.

We are looking for you who are knowledgeable, have a burning interest in cooking with experience from à la carte restaurants, and who always put guests, quality, service, and colleagues first. You have knowledge, are accustomed to working in and with a large kitchen team, and are comfortable taking significant responsibility in the kitchen.

Your role requires humility, courage, great engagement, passion, and an innovative, solution-focused attitude.

Key responsibilities include:

• Preparing and cooking food in accordance with our recipes and standards.
• Maintaining the kitchen clean and organized in compliance with current hygiene requirements.
• Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth workflows.
• Adapting dishes according to guests' preferences and dietary requirements.

The workplace is the hotel's own restaurants: Linnéa Art Restaurant and Brasserie 1742, but there is also the opportunity to work at Kosta Delikatess and the new bowling restaurant at Craft Arena.

We believe that collaboration and a great atmosphere in the kitchen are the keys to success and a good product.

A driver's license is not a requirement, but you must have a plan for how you commute to and from work as working hours sometimes differ from bus schedules. Employee accommodation is available if needed!

The work involves daytime, evenings, and weekends.

The position is a permanent employment.
